补充一点，改了vm_instance表里的state字段为Stopped，从UI上删掉VRouter后，再建一个虚机会重新创建VRouter，但仍然一直是Starting状态。

平台使用一段时间后，虚拟机的id好超过了i-2-1000-VM以上，再重启虚拟路由时，界面一直显示starting状态，但实际上vr已经是启动完成了，但还是无法创建新的虚拟机，重启管理节点有时有用，有时没有用，这是什么原因啊？日志也没有报什么错。
在日志里可以看到类似这样的话，CPUOverprovisioningFactor considered: 1.0 ，
你就知道你的设置是不是有效果了，日志里这句话的前后会详细说明 你的虚机要用多少，有多少可以用。

看到的HOST节点上的可用资源还是和物理机实际的资源一致。
VR重启时，CS会重新配置VR上所有VM的DHCP、User Data等信息，都配置完才算
Running。
我们看到的CS2是采用逐条配置的方法，DHCP约4秒/条，User Data约30秒/条，VM多的
情况下，全配置完需很长时间。
暂未了解CS4是否有所改进。

启动时agent日志报no domain with matching uuid的错误。而uuid却没有在任何地方找到？
I do have ran it, but what I got is the setupmanagement.log and failure.
Anyway, I figure it myself. But still doesn't get the root cause.
