I just installed cloudstack 4.2.1
I had to increase the memory size up to 3GB from the default 2GB to be able
to log in.
Try that.

Sorry I don't have any useful assistance to provide here, but I just wanted
to note that I have had this happen in the past, as well, and solved it
by starting over from scratch.

Greetings!
We have 2 management server in HA. The CloudStack WebUI takes more than 15
seconds to load while accessing using any browser. The management server
has good specs though.
Does anyone else in the forum face similar sluggishness ? We use 4.2.1
release.
Thanks.

I have faced this lag while using fqdn´s - try it by IP and see if it will
keep slow.
If it gets fastern by IP - you should do as I did and search for FQDN problems.
Maybe the hosts file in server are not properly setted, DNS problems,
anything like it.
Bets regards,

Hi, I'm installing devCloud following instructions
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/CLOUDSTACK/DevCloud.
I tried setting up the development environment by following these
instructions

Pretty sure you have to run mvn clean from the base directory where your source

I am trying to fix a issue I am having and some of the threads are stating you
need to give cloudstack more than 2GB of RAM. The server it is running on is
already configured with 4GB of RAM. Is there another config setting needed to
allow cloudstack to use more RAM?
What the other threads are speaking about is modifying
/etc/cloudstack/management/tomcat6.conf
I believe bumping up these params should do the trick -XX:PermSize=512M
-XX:MaxPermSize=800m
