plug/unplug for Guest networks process.

not have support for projects. I am afraid there is no way to have affinity
groups for a project currently.

I'd like to create additional IP addresses and custom DNS records for my
application in CloudStack.
I know I can set a secondary IP (how do I know which is free?). But how do I
set a custom name in DNS for this additional IP address.
