systevm shows running but its not

I have checked all 40 cloudstack machines the system vm is indeed not running but cloudstack insist that is is. I cannot stop it/destroy it either. Has anybody experienced this with the 4.0.2 line? I cant really upgrade right now either. -- Tim Ehlers
