Verify that your database server is running by connecting to it from
command line with your cloud database username and password.

Saurav,
Have you tried checking the meta-data for the VM to see what is there. Maybe
you can get the additional IPs and statically assign them.
metadata=`grep dhcp-server-identifier /var/lib/dhc*/dhclient.eth0.leases | grep
-Eo '([0-9]{1,3}\.){3}[0-9]{1,3}' | tail -1`
curl http://$metadata/late
It seems you did not remove existing qemu-* packages ?
Also if your qemu-img shows rbd support no need to replace it - what
version of qemu-img are you using, how did you install it ? Stock centos
version did not (up to 1-2months ago) did not support rbd, maybe it does
now after redhat asquired in

Hi Ilya,
This should not be that hard to script either. If you use one of the APIs
(like CloudMonkey) to launch your VMs you can query to see what IP was assigned
to the machine(s) and then communicate that to your LB using whatever API kemp
has.

Look at your Zones setup. Make sure you are using advanced network and there is
a Guest CIDR for your zone.

Hello Shanker,
Appreciate ur inputs. Also I would like to know whats the best practice in
pre-populating the interfaces file given that it is not known how many
additional nics users might want to create on their vms. If we pre-populate
eth0 to eth4 with dhcp method in the template will that break

To add some detail from the client,
The client was load testing ScaleIO on XenServer 6.5 and CloudStack wasn't
involved.
Obviously XenServer 6.5 is at alpha at the moment.

Hi,
Can anyone tell me which CloudStack version supports "hypervisor type" based
disk IOPS and for what hypervisors?
I checked in CentOS 6.5 KVM and also in ESX5.1 but it is not working.
So not sure whether my hypervisor isn't supported for this IOPS feature OR
CloudStack doesn't.
I confirm
Yes its possible to work Netscaler with isolated network .
Enable netscaler as network service provider and then
Create a network offering which uses netscaler for required service .Now
create a network using this service offerings.
Thanks
Shweta

Hi Andrija,
Thanks for providing detailed instructions.
I have executed all of the steps given in http://pastebin.com/HwCZEASR and also
in http://admintweets.com/centos-kvm-and-ceph-client-side-setup/.
But still facing the same issue. Any other ideas?
Also, when I tried to install qemu-* rpms,
Praveen Buravilli would like to recall the message, "Adding ceph RBD storage
failed in CentOS 6.5 KVM".
Thanks Andrija for your detailed instructions.
Here a question, can I execute all the steps mentioned at
http://pastebin.com/HwCZEASR in the centos kvm node which had LibVirt compiled
from its git source already?

Hi all.
Is it possible Netscaler work with guest isolated network?
Netscaler (external LB) with VPC is running very well
Kind regards.
