Have you tried changing the values in the database and restarting mgmt server,
and then removing/destroying systemvms?

You have problem with routing. According to arp table default
interface -- eth2 it is not connected to you 192.168.0.* network and can't see
gateway (192.168.0.100) what is not ture. Arp table looks
