I'm trying to change the service offering on an existing vm from 4 cpu/16gb
ram, to 4 cpu/32gb of ram. In doing so, I receive the 'unable to create

Has anyone else experienced issues with vhd-util on the secondary storage
vms when running xenserver?
I recently set up a lab, and see this in the template view:

Hi there, can anyone help me in configuring a second physical nic for
the guest traffic please?
I am using the basic networking model and would like to use a dedicated
nic to handle the guest traffic. i have set a network label (CS-GUEST)
in xenserver 6.5 and mapped the same name in cloudstack
I'm sorry for spaming,
it seems that in my db.properties file on second MGMT srever, I had
127.0.0.1 as the Cluster IP.
After this was changed to real IP address, it seems now that I dont have
those "spam" log messages, seems all fine for some hours.

Hi Giles,
As Rene shares, since any two CloudStack regions (as per the current
implementation) are not sharing any database we can have different management
server versions in different regions.

I don't believe regions use a shared database. Rather you have a
management server/cluster with a dedicated database for each region,
then they're linked up to communicate with each other.
As far as I know regions are basically broken right now as a turnkey
solution since account/domain data is n
What if the DB is being shared?

Hi,
I did the same as Martin at CS 4.5.1 and it went OK. Does this depend

I just installed openjdk-7-jre and seems to work.
However, I wonder if installing on a ubuntu 4.14 there may be problems.
The support of 12.4 expire in a few years and would like to have more
time as possible.

Hi Martins,
Have you unmanaged your xen cluster from cloudstack UI before xen upgrade?
This is a mandatory step that disconnects all xen servers in the cluster
from while upgrade is going on.

Hello all,
Yesterday I upgraded one of my CloudStack Cluster's which run on
XenServer. As XenServer dokumentation suggest, after applying patches,
need to restart a host, and first must be pool master server. I set
master server to maintenance mode in CS, when all instances migrated I
