storage migration fails and fills secondary storage

Hello all, I have opened a bug on storage migration from NFS to Ceph. Somehow the migration starts even if there is not enough free space on the secondary storage. After failure there is no cleanup of the broken migration. Does anyone have the same experience? https://issues.apache.org/jira/bro
