OVS Plugin missing on cloudstack 4.11.1.0 for CentOS

Hello, I am trying to use GRE isolation on Cloudstack advanced network. My system VMs fail to deploy. I was trying to figure out why and I realized the OVS plugin is not listed as a service provider for the physical network. Is the documentation out of date for this? Thanks, Taylor

Thanks for you reply, like I have told, this is a old issue, I thought was related to my previous versions, but after the upgrade I see the same problem I don't see the logic why CloudStack is allocated an IP that is used by router Also this is why I cannot figure out where is the error.
