To be clear, your hypervisor hosts need to be empty while adding them to ACS. In regards to VMware, that guy also needs to be empty before adding a VMware cluster to ACS. Technically, you could later add additional mgmt server and migrate your DB to a VM, but don't do it for many reasons,
