Hello, I have created a new advanced zone and after enabled it, System VMs are stuck in Starting state. I have double checked primary and secondary storage mountability and reachability. Also their root volumes are created in the primary storage. All bridges on the host are configured precisely.

The difference is: VMware - no difference, unless you set "CPU cap" on the Compute Offering - than the limit will be set to the number of MHz per the offering XenServer - no difference, unless you set "CPU cap" on the Compute Offering - similar to VMware KVM - no difference no matter if "CPU cap"
