I have found the "problem" my Management interface name on ESXI was not with
this name : Management Network, I changed the name everything and everything
was back to normal. I think there is also an option on cloudstack in global
settings where you can specify the name for the managem

There will be no communication between the devices on a PVLAN if they're
isolated except DHCP (since isolated should not be able to communicate with
each other).
About multiple NICs, in my setup, I've had a VM attached to a PVLAN as well as
an Isolated and it worked. Haven't tried
