Yes, I didn't specify a port when I added primary storage;
After r failed, I checked with virsh and found that the pool had been created
successfully, and the capacity, allocation and available of RBD could be
displayed.
So I'm sure it's not the wrong key.
Please note that:

just don't have a user base validating the support. given expertise there
will be a way to make it work if it doesn't out of the box.

Can you see my reply? I'm able to add a RBD primary storage if I specify the
port, should we still consider it a blocker then?

I've tested 4.15RC3 by creating and adding a new ceph storage pool (ceph
version 15.2.7 (88e41c6c49beb18add4fdb6b4326ca466d931db8) octopus (stable))
using both legacy and new UI and it seems to work okay, the only problem could
be if you accidentally give a wrong secret in which case

Does or will CloudStack be officially supporting base Debian?
Currently CentOS and Ubuntu are recommended on the documentation for 4.14.
Is this because of compatibility and packages or other reasons? I don't see why
it can't work with Debian since Ubuntu is based on it but wanted to check.
