Migrate VM-1 from Node84 to Node85 -> Migration cancelled because Host does not
have enough capacity for vm.
CloudStack started the VM on the source host (Node84)

Deploy 4GB ram on Node84 -> U

You have successfully upgraded to 4.16.0.0 and 4.17.0.0 before. The
procedures might be removed manually or due to mysql issues.
