Does it do the hourly billing etc? I have heard of hostbill but obviously to
change to a new billing system would only be worth while if it fits the needs.

This is something we have also been after but is surprisingly lacking, WHMCS is
a billing system and having a Cloudstack module for provisioning would be great.
