Is there a timeout setting for downloading VHDs? These can be rather large, as
you would suspect, and it seems around the 5-minute mark, it times out. Is this
a setting in CS itself or somewhere else?

I have faced this issue before, but I can't remember how I resolved it. Now,
even after upgrading to version 4.19.2, I am still getting this error and
cannot successfully create all the system VMs across multiple zones.
Here is the initial error :

This is strange. I did not try to access the URL using a different one. As
you can see, the request is for https://172.11.0.2:9090/clusterservice. This
request comes from management, and I often see it in the management log, but I
do not understand what triggers it.

that's great.
it looks like all interfaces/bridges on the kvm hosts are configured correctly,
except the interfaces inside the system vms.
do you get the same output inside the system vm ?
