I think you do not need to change agent.properties
Instead, you need to set the network traffic label of each traffic type,
for example cloudbr1.
By default, management traffic uses cloudbr0, public and guest traffic use
cloudbr1, which might not be what you use.

This shouldn't normally happen, most people using security groups with KVM have
been using Ubuntu and Adv zone with security groups. In fact, most people
should use Adv zone without SG groups now, as one can create shared network
