In addition to what Wei mentioned, the in-built extensions are intended
for demonstration and testing purposes, addressing only a few features.
Using Proxmox/HyperV (external providers) on CloudStack is not the same
as using VMware/KVM/Xen (long-time integrations); therefore, not
+1 (binding)
Tested building and running from the commit sha: basic VM lifecycle operarions
through APIs, listing APIs passing the exclude parameter and was able to upload
an ISO from local through cmk using http
