I have noticed a problem with Windows boxes, I can't use live migration to
another host, it gives an error, however with Linux boxes is working fine.
Do you have any idea why? Is this expected?

Is it possible to force the location of a VM and it's VR in order to have
it in the same host? Why is this behaviour of splitting both by default?

one hypervisor, check their network with the associated VR, and then review
the VMs that rely on that network. With this list, proceed to migrate in
bulk.
