I setup ACS 4.11.1 with XenServer 7.1. Setup went well. but I feel like VM
creation and vRouter operation are slow.
VM Creation - ~ 2 minutes
Assign Public IP/ Static NAT - > 2 minutes.
How is your experience?

Log in to system VM as root/password. Run "virt-who" and note the last line
of the output.
Then check this script /opt/cloud/bin/setup/cloud-early-config which is
responsible for configuring systemvm to correct role (router or
consoleproxy or so on).
