Hi List,
We are as well testing with ConfigDrive in 4.11.2, works great so far!
Although with VMware, we see the ConfigDrive ISO getting attached to first
(and only) cd-rom-drive and thus conflicting with other ISO tasks. Reading
the design document [1], it should get attached to a second cd-rom d

Hi Andrija
Wow - thanks for in-depth analysis! I already suspected HAProxy services
not hitting iptables chain.
Thanks for clarification, I see that the behaviour is EXPECTED, is it also
DESIRED?

Hi List
We face an issue with VPC and ACLs together with Loadbalancing (on
vRouter). The ACL rules do not seem to work at all. Steps to reproduce:
- Create a VPC
- Create Tier with Public LB Services on vRouter
- Apply default_deny ACL
- Create Instance
- Create Public LB-Rule on Public IP and poi
Daniel,
Dag very well explained the problem with VMware and Virtual Guest Tagging
(VGT). I could add to that, if you'd use a Distributed Virtual Switch (DVS)
you effectively can limit tags on a trunked connection to a Vmware Guest.
So you would need to:

Hi List
I wonder what are your ideas of integrating externally managed VMs/physical
Devices into a CloudStack environment. All I need is to enable CloudStack
VPC vRouter to be able to configure static NATs (or Forwarding/Firewall)
rules for such devices.
One possibility could be to deploy a small
Hi List
I need to implement Host Tags in a running environment where existing
service offerings do not have any tags registered. While I can add tags to
hosts anytime, I haven't found a way to add those to offerings... Is there
a way to add tags to the existing offerings or do I have to delete and

I didn't! It just what I see on the network.
Hello,
Strange issue here on ACS 4.5.2 /w. VMware 5.5:
Registering Templates (OVA) work fine, SSVM fetches OVA without problems,
but uploadVolume fails. After some investigation, I can see that before the
SSVM tries to download the OVA, the management-server itselfs tries to
reach to URL. Is this e
