further releases that I needed to press the "update ressource count"
button in the web ui. Did you try to restart the mgt server?

But I can remember a long time ago I had really trouble with tagged vlans in
XenServer after an Upgrade to 6.0.2, because citrix skipped support for some
gigabit nics.
