Bug with DST (Daylight Saving) in CS 4.0.x

Hi, I'm running CloudStack 4.0.1 in my environment. Daylight saving has started in my region from this Sunday. All scheduled snapshots start failing 24 hours after DST started. And now if management server reboots CloudStack won't start. I've checked log and found error starts from '2013-10-07
