Morning All, After discussion [1], we decided to stop using review board to receive contributions from non-committers. Starting now, we accept contributions only through GitHub pull request. (Even though you can also attach a patch to a JIRA ticket).
A large number of projects use GitHub and we believe it is easier to submit new contribution that way, as well as enter reviews and get more visibility to the patches. The website contribution instructions have been updated [2] and a complete step by step guide is available [3].
