The CLI branch is straight forward but using it in an MCP client like Claude
will give you many more advantages and allow you to more easily interact with
ACS.

i think that the error occurs because you're feeding a client configuration
file to the MCP server instead of proper JSON-RPC
messages.
The configuration object with "mcpServers" is being validated against JSON-R
