The logs say the user "admin" is disabled/locked, but why or how would this
account be locked after a fresh install??

All,
I just installed cloudstack 4.2.1 again, this time using the community RPMs.
I still can not login to the webui using the default admin\password combo.
Database and all tables seem good etc...
Any ideas??

I have a new install on 4.2.1 on Centos, however I can not login to the UI
using the default username\password combo of admin\password.
I have checked my 'cloud' database and its has tables etc. I even checked the
user table and it looks like there is an admin user...
What am I missing??
