I concur with Pierre-Luc, we always deploy XenServer via PXE and add drivers,
supplemental packs and general customisations etc

Thanks guys, I'll start looking up the deployment docs as soon as I get
some time. PXE seems the way to go.
I've not tried this, but it looks like this should work for you with
modifications for a fresh ISO.
