I was an active tester for this pull request. Been quite a long time that
anything has been done with it. Unfortunately I'm not a developer and
can't step in. Hope we get someone to finish this off. Really exciting as
you say.

The exoscale driver was recently merged in Docker machine.
There is an oustdanding pull request for a more generic cloudstack driver:
