Great! This had been a long standing issue, and was finally fixed!
Domain admin's account privilege in the UI used to belie that mentioned in
documentation and API-doc.

While probably not the most optimal for everyone, has anyone check wether the
HostBill or WHMCS plugins have this feature available? I haven't used either
so I can't comment any further, but it may be an option.
