starting instances from ISO, means NOT starting them from template, so the
"disk" properties are, afaik, all read/used from the Disk offering (I say
"afaik", because there have been some changes lately, or about to happen) -
i.e. you have tohave a Disk Offering with local storage option - then
fantastic. it works.
I cannot get to start instance for installation from CD, thou.
I guess that is not ROOT and requires shared primary?

No, I cannot find it there in the zone either (thou the one for system vms is).
But look! I found it in the Instance Offering.
I created a SMALL SSD instance offering with Local Storage and
it works!
not that I get networking yet, but at least it shows up on the

templates/ISOs, so I assume both System VMs are now
