Unfortunately it¹s not. You could remove all the VMs, destroy the network,
Hopefully the shared network VLAN is within your VLAN range for you
Isolated Zone, and you would have the then recreate it.
It¹s more difficult then I think you are probably looking to do.

So you know it seems that we found the table where we can do the changes to
disable services and move service offering for a guest shared network
on networks change network_offering_id
then on ntwk_service_map delete the records per network id that you don't
need

Hi,
You can use updateNetworkOffering API to change the offering of the network.
By using this all the VMs in the network should be stopped.
Also the router get recreated.
