Hi, I'm using ACS 4.19.1 with vcenter 7 and vSAN. When I try to create a template from volume I get Failed to create templateCopyCommand failed due to [Exception: java.lang.NullPointerException Message: null ].
I tried to troubleshoot checking if there are some SYN_SENT on esxi hosts, Management server and SSVM, but all seems to work fine. Could you explain how the data are copied from primary storage to secondary?
