responsible for configuring systemvm to correct role (router or
consoleproxy or so on).

Just upgraded ACS 4.11 to 4.11.1
No errors during pocess.
After that upgraded successfully VR
After deleting SSVM and Console proxy new systems vm´s were created.
However new systemvm´s agents never started because there was no network
present. only loopack interface..
