if you carefully followed the upgrade-docs [1], recent systemvm versions
should spawn if you destroy the current ones.
A slightly better way is using the documented "cloudstack-sysvmadm"
command for upgrading the systemvn.

re-download template, like I said before existing VRs and system VMs don't have
any problem they are upgrade to 4.5, as I can see their version in acs. So

note[1] but use the latest systemvm template for 4.5.1? if you download the
new template, once the download is complete
you would need to change the Global Settings: router.template.xen to the
name of the new template.

since the arrival of centos7 pkg, but a process keep wiping the new schema.
The repos should be back by now.

What you mention is not a HA use case but live migration.
As mentioned by Luciano, he shutdown the KVM host "A". Mgmt server managing
that host realized that and disconnected the agent for that host. I believe it
is expected behavior for HA to kick in at this stage. But from the log

this instance.
After, I shutdown gracefully the KVM host of it.
and I checked the investigators process:

What Milamber is suggesting is that HA should get triggered only when there is
non-graceful host down situation like agent crash, host crash, network outage,
etc. For now, you could try power off (unplug) on the host and see if/how HA

You don't simulate a crash like this.
When you run a "shutdown -h now", you made a clean shutdown (all
