Thanks for the feedback. Attached is the paste of the windows event
manager error we're seeing that relates to the agent.

Sorry to hijack, I am also working on getting Cloudstack images built
(openvm.eu) and
am wondering (as someone who has never touched packer, vagrant, virtualbox)
what is the advantage of using Packer instead of Libvirt's virt-install or
other tools?

In my use case i build the images in the cloud, ie. it boots a new
cloudstack VM with PXE boot.
The benefit is that my jenkins master that triggers on git pushes doesn't
have to be in the cloud and images are instantly available after building.
Personally i started this way because i have no idea
CloudStack doesn’t support basic networking for Hyper-V. You have to try with
advanced networking without security group.
