I have changed a template to public but I cannot unset it. The user and
the template is under a project. The error message:

neither admin nor owner or the template"

The account id=13 manages project(s) with ids 3, and can't be removed

Some texts are not translated. I can see the proper translations in the
language file, but for some reason they are not diplayed.
How can I fix this?

By any change are you using Spanish language?

check your DNS setup. (/etc/resolv.conf)
Possibly you supplied a wrong list of servers which cannot be reached.
Check the logfile /var/log/xensource.log for errors.
Check diagnostic-net-stats, dmesg etc.
Check xentop for system load.
