Hi Cristian,
I don’t think you can find a VM by IP with a single list call, but using
cloudmonkey you’re able use a lot of attributes to list a VM:
(local) SBCM5> list virtualmachines
account=displayvm= forvirtualnetwork= hypervisor=
isoid= keyword=
If you're talking about public IP (the ones you add to a machine with
enableStaticNat), then you can do it. The listPublicIpAddresses call will
return VM information in its response, assuming the IP is attached to a VM.

Without looking too deep into this it seems that there maybe a stuck task
trying to snapshot the VHD.
