Thanks again Paul. You were spot on. First of all the 'cloudstack-management' file in '/etc/default' had a datestamp of 2016. After overwriting the file with one I extracted from the cloudstack-management 4.11 rpm my ACS installation started up fine. Glad this is being fixed in 4.11.1. Cheers Os
