Is it possible to limit monthly traffic of a VM in cloudstack?

I need some help if possible, I just build a new setup with Cloudstack
(4.13) and VMware 6.0. This is not my first setup, but it is my first setup
on this version (not an upgrade) I have found out that my Secondary storage
VM and Console Proxy is setting a wrong route for this

Did you observe any error log from Management Server.? Did you observe any
ping response messages from system vm's. You are able to see on VM's running
state on KVM Host but not on CP, because of System VM's unable to reach
Management Server with network connectivity issue.

Hi guys,
I'm using CS 4.13 on vSphere 6.5.
I see that there's a setting to change System VM Network type
(vmware.systemvm.nic.device.type) from E1000 to VMXNET3.
Is there a way to change Network Type to VMXNET3 also for VM instances that
is still deployed with E1000?

yes, you can set the template details (either during registering the
template, or later - on the Setting tabs of the template) - this way every
VM created will inherit those settings.
The same Settings change you do on the Template, you can also do on the
Instance itself - needs t

also tried to upgrade to 4.14-RC3 test build both time got same error as

I've executed upgrade tests with the following configurations:
4.13.1 with KVM on CentOS7 hosts
4.13 with VMware6.5 hosts
4.11.3 with KVM on CentOS7 hosts
4.11.2 with XenServer7 hosts
4.11.1 with VMware 6.7
4.9.3 with XenServer 7 hosts
