Hi,
I run into an issue with some specific configuration regarding compute
offerings where diskofferingstrictness is true and using disk offerings
where custom disk size is enabled.
It is not really a bug, but I need some input what the best way is to deal
with this.
When using this kind o

The fix of #7070 is not included in 4.17.2.0.
It will be in the next major release 4.18.0.0, and the next minor 4.17
release if there will be 4.17.3.0 release.

Hi Guys
Compliments of the new year to everyone!
I have a simple quick question. I just updated CM from 4.17.1 to 4.17.2
and patched all my system-vms successfully. I would like to know if its
safe to remove older templates? See attached screenshot, _highlighted in
red_. Just doing some clean
Hi everyone
CS : 4.15.2
Hypervisor: KVM
OS: Ubuntu 20.04
Apologies if this has been discussed before.
We have a requirement to create Windows server templates with UEFI Secure boot
enabled and in testing find that our instances are being created with Legacy
BIOS enabled.
I checked our KVM hosts
I think the VMs with Legacy BIOS are not impacted. Maybe others can confirm
it.
For the uefi properties, please refer to

Not the direct solution but maybe some bits of information for your further
efforts:
Overall description of the feature

Thanks for all your quick responses
On our Ubuntu 20.04 hosts it appears that the OVMF files are located in
"/usr/share/OVMF/" directory - however the OVMF_VARS.secboot.fd file is not
there ? :
root@qcloud-s2-p1-c1-kvm4:~# ls -al /usr/share/OVMF/
total 4232
drwxr-xr-x 2 root root4096 Mar
I think I just solved this myself – in the qemu.conf file I see :
#nvram = [
# "/usr/share/OVMF/OVMF_CODE.fd:/usr/share/OVMF/OVMF_VARS.fd",
# "/usr/share/OVMF/OVMF_CODE.secboot.fd:/usr/share/OVMF/OVMF_VARS.fd",
# "/usr/share/AAVMF/AAVMF_CODE.fd:/usr/share/AAVMF/AAVMF_VARS.fd",
# "/usr/shar
