After update ACS 4.19 to 4.22 the problem appears.
I have several clusters and a couple of zones and when i try to get any
cluster's resource

During my testing, this was happening when jdbc driver was set to mariadb.
Switching to mysql driver for jdbc fixes the issue.
I have fixed it for both of the jdbc drivers

The only way for check newer version is to use ACS simulator which I'm not sure
about its functionality, also I cannot upgrade the current environment to newer
