I have a question about utilization-based resource placement (specifically:
placement-strategy=balanced):
Assume you have two resource capacities (say A and B) on each node, and each
resource also has a utilization parameter for both.
Both nodes have enough capacity for a resource to be star

Our cluster
I don't know how many/few people will be interested in this, but I have
been working on some Rust bindings for the corosync libraries: cpg, cfg,
cmap, quorum & votequorum.
They are currently in Alpha stage but all features are (I think)
implemented and seem to work. There's a little more work
