was entitled:
AJAX and Cocoon: Building Responsive Web Applications 

Many of the chapters would not change at all (and issues 
such as SVG fit perfectly into the Cocoon paradigm -there
is even an Appendix on "XSLT and XPath"!)  & so many of 
the other chapters could easily be written from a Cocoon 
perspective... and you would probably have a more solid 
app in the end, as well.

Oh well, back to my "unsexy, off-the-radar" development 
framework!
