I've tried to edit /WEB-INF/tidy.properties and /WEB-INF/neko.properties, but with no success. I must have been fooled by the caching algorithm. In fact, it does work by setting http\://cyberneko.org/html/properties/default-encoding=UTF-8 in neko.properties. Kind regards, Christian
