As far as JAX-RS 2.0 AsyncResponse is concerned, I don't think WorkQueue
is involved at all. CXF itself definitely does not create a thread of
its own when dealing @Suspended AsyncResponse methods.
Chuck, did you refer to the client side by any chance ?
