Awesome, Thank you for looking into it, I know most of the other lists im on
have a footer/trailer so not so sure about the spam issue, however is
understandable if its a software issue.

I can't tell if we can add a trailer to our mails, I suspect this is
'forbidden' by The ASF just because it may trigger the spam detector - I
would not be surprised if it was so -. I will ask Apache infrastructure
team to see if we can do better.
