I hope this email finds you well. I’m contacting you to remind you that
*the deadline for abstract submission to the midwest relativity meeting
is this Friday (October 1st). *We would like to encourage all of you,
but especially students, to submit an abstract as soon as possible. You
can do so by following the following link:

Please notice that registering for the meeting is not enough to give a
talk; you also have to submit an abstract through the link I provided
above.
The meeting will be held in hybrid format. We encourage you to attend in
person, but if you prefer to do so remotely, you will be able to do so
via Zoom. If you submit an abstract, you will be able to give a talk
either in person or via Zoom.
Please feel free to pass this message along to any colleagues you think
may be interested in this meeting. I look forward to seeing you all in
