Ok so it's as I suspected. You didn't copy the generated artifacts to your
local repository.
the "lastupdated" file is something maven puts there when it tried to get an
artifact but didn't get anything from a remote repo. So it will not try again
on the same day.

I am getting below mentioned error for a process which takes 10 minutes to
complete, when my flex application spends more than 2.5 minutes, it
immediately generates the following error:

If you are using a mobile component in a AIR for desktop application, you
will need to manually add the mobile components.swc & mobile.swc files to
your library path.
