could offer you such functionality, by the way which server side language
you are using?? and which client side DB you are using( if any )

timer for time based syncing, but as per my opinion, the ready solution
will be quite headache for such type of syncing as i used this approach in

I just download the Apache flex 4.14 SDK, and unzip in a directory then
assign that sdk in a project as mentioned in the apache flex site, but as
soon its attached to the flash builder 4.6 project, its giving the error
can not find the adl.exe

You need to trace the call, and server response in case of fault. You can
use fiddler or firebug for tracking which part of web services is giving
problem and then optimism accordingly
