I don't know about "no way", but last I'd heard, AIR did not have
integration with the accessibility APIs on mobile devices. It might be
possible to wire it up with ANEs.

I tested with '-accessible' compiler option, but it not work on mobile, it
doesn't matter.
I feel that there is nothing for mobile :(
